About Hea

A UK health companion inside the AI you already use

Hea is a UK health companion that works inside ChatGPT and Claude. It asks the questions a GP would ask, shows what UK guidance says, keeps what you confirmed and writes a note for your GP.

What Hea does today

  • A check-up plan: the checks and blood tests UK guidance (NICE, the NHS) suggests for someone with your answers, each with why it matters.
  • Your lab results: what the lab printed beside your past results, the facts about each test and questions for your GP.
  • A symptom: the urgent questions first, where the NHS says to go in its own words, then a note for your GP.
  • A mole photo diary: the same photos every few months side by side, with the checklist NICE gives GPs.
  • What Hea remembers about you, on one card where you can correct or remove any line.

How it works

Hea is a connector (an MCP server, Model Context Protocol) that you add to ChatGPT or Claude once. Your AI then asks Hea for the questions, the guidance and the note.

Nothing is saved until you press Save on a card. Your account page deletes what Hea keeps, or your whole account.

What Hea doesn’t do

Hea gives information from published guidance and helps you prepare. It doesn't diagnose or prescribe. Your GP or specialist decides. Hea is not for emergencies: call 999 or NHS 111. In a symptom note the urgent questions always come first.

How these pages are written

The help pages and blood test pages are general information, never about anyone’s result.

What a blood test page says about the test is taken word for word from Hea’s guide, which cites UK guidance.

Each page links the sources it rests on (the NHS, NICE and Lab Tests Online UK among them) and shows the date it was last reviewed.
